Mahjong Bloom stores level progress, unlocked and completed gardens, earned leaves, hint inventory, tutorial status, language, sound and music settings, and advertising-consent preferences locally on your device. This information operates the game and restores your progress.

Local game data is not sent to CrestWing. You can remove it by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.

Mahjong Bloom uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements for hints and interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• advertising identifiers and device identifiers;
• device, operating-system, app and language information;
• advertisement views, clicks and interactions;
• diagnostic, performance, security and fraud-prevention information.

This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, prevent abuse and, where permitted by your consent and applicable law, personalise advertising. Where required, Mahjong Bloom uses Google’s consent tools to request or manage your advertising choices.

If you choose to use Google Play Games, Google may process your Google Play Games player identifier, authentication status, achievements and game-progress data to provide sign-in, achievements and cloud save. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy and your Google account settings.

We do not sell personal information. Advertising information may be shared with Google, AdMob demand partners and service providers as described in Google’s policies and according to your consent choices. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary for security and fraud prevention.

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall Mahjong Bloom. CrestWing does not maintain a player-account database or its own server-side copy of your progress. If Google Play Games cloud save is enabled, Google stores and deletes that cloud data according to its own policies and your Google account controls. Google also retains and deletes advertising information according to its policies.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the game. No electronic processing is completely secure, but we limit our own collection and do not ask players to submit personal information to play.

Mahjong Bloom is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us so we can investigate.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict or object to processing of personal information. Because CrestWing does not operate player accounts or receive local progress data, we may not hold information directly linked to you.

You can manage advertising choices through the in-game privacy options when displayed, Android privacy controls and Google Ads settings. You can manage or delete Google Play Games data through your Google account and Play Games settings. You may also contact us with a privacy or deletion request.

We may update this policy when Mahjong Bloom’s features, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
