LuxMaze stores level progress, completion stars, move records, hint inventory, tutorial status, language, sound and music settings, and advertising-consent preferences locally on your device. This information operates the game and restores your progress.

Local game data is not sent to CrestWing. You can remove it by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.

LuxMaze uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements for hints and interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• advertising identifiers and device identifiers;
• device, operating-system, app and language information;
• advertisement views, clicks and interactions;
• diagnostic, performance, security and fraud-prevention information.

This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, prevent abuse and, where permitted by your consent and applicable law, personalise advertising. Where required, LuxMaze uses Google’s consent tools to request or manage your advertising choices.

We do not sell personal information. Advertising information may be shared with Google, AdMob demand partners and service providers as described in Google’s policies and according to your consent choices. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary for security and fraud prevention.

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall LuxMaze. CrestWing does not maintain a player account, cloud save or server-side database of your progress. Google retains and deletes advertising information according to its own policies.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the game. No electronic processing is completely secure, but we limit our own collection and do not ask players to submit personal information to play.

LuxMaze is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us so we can investigate.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict or object to processing of personal information. Because CrestWing does not operate player accounts or receive local progress data, we may not hold information directly linked to you.

You can manage advertising choices through the in-game privacy options when displayed, Android privacy controls and Google Ads settings. You may also contact us with a privacy request.

We may update this policy when LuxMaze’s features, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
